Business and Media Integration (Mr. Thompson): This week, students are learning about startups through pitch decks. They are reviewing pitch decks from different companies such as Tesla, Uber, and other companies to further their understanding of the startup process.
MATC Culinary Arts Course UMA high school chefs donned their chef's coats and aprons and began learning about knife techniques. They practiced these skills while cutting a potato. Chef Jason also explained the technique for scrambling the perfect egg using a whisk, rubber spatula, clarified butter and just the right amount of heat. |
